As a postdoc researcher at the Geoinformation Science Group my work focuses on understanding and analyzing the impacts of climatic and anthropogenic changes on ecohydrology. For this purpose, I develop and apply process-based simulation models and indicator-based assessment methods to predict and project ecohydrological process dynamics under changing environmental conditions.

Key research areas Expand entry
  • Process-based spatially distributed ecohydrological modelling and development of simulation components (http://jams.uni-jena.de/)
  • Projection of Impacts of climate and landuse change on hydrological process dynamics
  • Modelling of streamflow intermittency under climate change
  • Indicator-based assessment
